They might not be groundbreaking practices, but honestly, I've found them extremely important in my self-development journey and hopefully other people will find this little reminder useful.

Yeah, I find the simplest things are often the most important along my sober path. Breathing, yoga, walks in nature, wholesome food eaten slowly, editing the content I consume with much intention and rigour. My sobriety and life would feel chaotic and shaky without those practices, no doubt!

Thank you for sharing this. One thing I want to incorporate is yoga and also more breath work. As I think you're alluding to, ridding my life of negative media consumption, as well toxic relationships, has been a necessary step in my recovery process.
